RUM SHOP & OTHER PORTRAITS
In 1999 I was working in Guyana, South America. Here I started but didn't complete a 35mm film based project based around Rum Shops and the people in them. It was to be a portrait based project - but like all good ideas set in a bar the rum took over. I also set out to take photographs of my everyday life and interactions beyond the job I was there to do - so I have included those here as well.

20+ YEAR OLD FILMS
In 2021 during the pandemic I set up my own B&W home development and was finally able to get around to developing and scanning eight rolls of black and white Ilford FP4 125 I had been holding on to for twenty odd years. Most of them have aged badly but there are the odd one or two I have been able to save. Here are the surviving photographs from the project.
